Machining Precision:
Tolerance of shank diameter: For example, the tolerance range of the shank diameter of the 55° milling cutter of Yixing CNC cutting tools is from -0.002 mm to -0.006 mm. The requirement for the shank diameter of tungsten carbide milling cutters by shrink-fit tool holders is the tolerance of h6.
Tolerance of cutting edge diameter: Regarding the tolerance of the cutting edge diameter of Yixing milling cutters, for straight shanks, it is D - 0.02. For stepped shanks, the cutting edge diameter tolerance is -0.015. The accuracy of ball nose cutters is ±0.01, and that of round nose cutters is also ±0.01.
