The shaft, as a guiding body, is connected to the hydraulic cylinder or other moving parts through the guide sleeve to achieve precise guiding functions. It has the following characteristics:

Machining Precision:

The machining accuracy of hydraulic guide rods is an important indicator for measuring their machining quality. When machining hydraulic guide rods, the core walking machine can usually achieve high machining accuracy, ensuring that the size accuracy of the hydraulic guide rod is in the micrometer level, the surface roughness can reach Ra 0.4 micrometers or less, and the shape accuracy meets the design requirements. Both straight and circular segments can achieve high machining accuracy. It can ensure that the positional accuracy error between various parts is less than a few micrometers. This helps ensure the stability and reliability of the hydraulic guide rod during assembly and use

Machining Process:

Workpiece clamping: Firstly, accurately clamp the blank onto the fixture of the core walking machine to ensure the stability and accuracy of the workpiece during the machining process.

Tool selection and installation: According to the machining requirements of the hydraulic guide rod, select the appropriate tool and install it on the tool holder of the core walking machine. The selection of cutting tools should take into account the hardness, machining accuracy, and surface quality requirements of the material.

Programming and Setting: Use CNC programming software to write machining programs and set machining parameters such as speed, feed rate, cutting depth, etc. The program should plan the tool's motion trajectory and machining sequence in detail.

Rough machining: Under program control, the core walking machine begins rough machining of the hydraulic guide rod, removing most of the excess on the blank, laying the foundation for subsequent precision machining.

Precision machining: After rough machining is completed, precision machining is carried out. By adjusting parameters such as tool feed rate, cutting speed, and cutting depth, the hydraulic guide rod can achieve the predetermined dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

Online detection: During the machining process, the online detection function of the core walking machine is used to perform real-time detection on the hydraulic guide rod to ensure machining accuracy and quality.

Cutting and cleaning: After processing, remove the hydraulic guide rod from the core walking machine and perform cleaning and deburring treatment.
